SOMA Yoga Flow

Soma Flow Yoga is a Vinyasa yoga class designed for all levels of experience.This class will teach you the basics of yoga poses and then allow you to build upon them as you begin to embody each asana (pose). You will learn to incorporate your Prana (breath) mindfully into all of your movements in an intuitive way. The class reflects the nature of a river and flows cohesively with grace. This class is a wonderful way to end your day by detoxifying the mind and the body in a peaceful manner leading you into a state of calmness and deep relaxation.
