Spin and Sculpt
This is a new class format for SOMA that includes a mix of spinning and work on the floor. We will always start you off on the bike to get your muscles warm and your heart rate going. Most of the class is on the bike with a mixture of climbing to strengthen the legs, high intensity racing and some interval training. We will hop off the bike for lower body, upper body and abdominal sculpting work throughout the 60 minute class. You are sure to be challenged and engaged with the variety!
